Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Canadian orders generally arrive in 3–7 business days, while U.S. orders generally arrive in 5–10 business days. Remote destinations, weather, customs processing, and carrier disruptions may add time.

Canada and the United States have a flat CA$12 shipping charge. Standard shipping is free when the discounted product subtotal reaches CA$69. U.S. import duties are calculated separately and are not removed by free shipping.

Weekend local pickup is available at Union Station, 55 Front Street West, beside the bull statue. Select the pickup option at checkout and choose an available Saturday or Sunday pickup date.

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update it only if the parcel has not been processed or handed to the carrier. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Contact us before sending anything back and include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Return eligibility depends on the item’s condition and whether it was personalized, made to order, or marked final sale. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. After reviewing the information, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Tick the free gift-wrapping box during checkout. We will then wrap the eligible items in your order before they are packed for delivery.

Of course. Use the recipient’s address at checkout, and we will send the parcel directly to them. Receipts and payment updates will still go to the purchaser by email.

When complimentary gift wrapping is selected at checkout, eligible items will be wrapped with care before shipment. Items that cannot be wrapped safely because of their size or shape will still be packed neatly and securely.
